Equipment introduction:

This equipment is a flash runner based burning test equipment, which consists of an aluminum profile operating platform, burning fixtures, measuring instrument boards, and testing system software;

The operating console is of a press bed type structure, equipped with safety gratings and three color alarm lights for safety protection and indication of equipment operation status;

Machine IO control is completed by Siemens S7-1200 PLC, equipped with emergency stop and reset buttons.

A red defective product box is installed on the lower side of the machine, and the opening and closing status of the box is monitored by sensors.

The system software is developed based on the NI LabVIEW+TestStand platform, integrating customer MES transit functions and data upload functions;

Test items:

1. Product working voltage test;

2. Sleep current and static working current tests;

2. Hex Firmware burning;

3. CAN communication software and hardware version reading;
