Equipment introduction:

This device is a DA testing device for tubular EPS, which has two main functions: adjusting the torque compression clamp spring, and testing parameters related to dynamic assistance.

Adjust the torque measured by the bottom motor by adjusting the angle of the side servo motor adjusting sleeve. When the torque corresponding to the adjusted angle is OK, the side cylinder presses the stop ring in again. During pressing, the displacement and pressure are monitored, and the displacement and pressure curve is used to determine whether the circlip is pressed in place. The output shaft torque of the product is tested using a servo motor as a load.

The equipment supplies power to the product through a programmed DC power supply, detects the working current of the product, and sends CAN commands to rotate the product. At the same time, the load motor below provides the load. The torque sensor measures the torque in both CW and CCW directions, and analyzes the torque value and PK to PK values.
