Equipment introduction:

This equipment is an FFT function testing equipment for tubular EPS. Its main function is to use a PC to control the testing system hardware and automatically complete the CEPS function testing project. During the testing process, it automatically collects and records curves such as voltage, current, angle, input and output torque. After the collection is completed, it automatically calculates the corresponding test parameters, and can record the experimental data in the form of charts, curves, and other forms, finally achieving the review and printing of the test.

The product is powered by a programmable DC power supply, with the upper tooling gripping the input shaft and the lower tooling gripping the output shaft. The input shaft of the product is rotated by a servo motor, the torque values of the output shaft and input shaft are measured by a torque sensor, and the assist characteristics of the product are analyzed. Information such as T1 and T2 inside the product are read through the XCP of CAN communication, and relevant curve characteristics are calculated;

The equipment tooling supports quick change, and all quick change tooling has a unique ID code, which is combined with test software to prevent fooling.

Vertical structures utilize space more effectively than traditional horizontal structures.
