Equipment introduction:

The device is based on a NI Sb-RIO FPGA card to program and test the PHA sensor for automotive electronic power steering, and to read and write the internal E2PROM through the SENT (SICI) protocol.

The equipment is a single station test equipment, consisting of a burning test fixture, a test cabinet, and test system software.

The operating console is of a manual flip press type structure. The machine IO control is completed by Advantech PCI-IO, and emergency stop and reset buttons are installed.

Simulate the SENT read/write timing through a NI FPGA card, and implement the calculation of the check bit of the Check;

The system software is developed based on NI LabVIEW and integrates customer MES transit and data upload functions;

2. E2PROM reading and writing;

3. CHECK SUM calculation;
