Equipment introduction:

This equipment is a functional testing equipment for the automobile electronic power steering controller CCA PCBA, and consists of a testing machine, a testing fixture, measuring instruments, and testing software;

The test system adopts a plug-in modular design, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.

The system software is developed using an object-oriented parallel testing architecture based on NI LabVIEW, and can test two products in parallel.

Test items:

1. Product TP point voltage test;

2. Sleep current and working current tests;

3. IGBT current calibration test;

4. CAN communication test, E2PROM reading and writing;

5. Hall angle sensor test and Hall encoder test;
